Different Types of Macaroni You Can Easily Make at Home

In flavors and popularity, Italian cuisines ranked first among all other cuisines around the world. The reason is that Italian food ingredients are usually homemade and not easily available in the market. Therefore, no one can beat the original Italian flavors. Italian cuisines are highly versatile and present a wide range of tastes and flavors. Italian pizza and pasta are the most popular cuisines that have a worldwide fan following. However, the elbow-shaped pasta known as macaroni holds a very special place among various types of pasta. More than 100 macaroni recipes are available to add this nutritious food to your daily meal. 

Macaroni is my all-time favorite food because it is easy to prepare and set up with any ingredients perfectly to provide a delicious meal. 

Try these simple and easy-to-make recipes for macaroni and add some new flavors to your dining table. 

Chicken Cheese Macaroni 

Chicken cheese macaroni is the all-time favorite food of children and adults. A perfect combo of soft, spicy chicken bites and macaroni loaded with a lot of cheese is a delicious delight to an empty stomach. The ingredients are very simple and are easily available in all kitchens. The ingredients are: Asian massage

• Elbow shape pasta 1 medium pack 

• Boneless chicken 0.5 kg cut into cubes

• Mix vegetables 1 cup

• Onion paste 2 tablespoons

• Ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp 

• Olive oil

• Saltwater 

• Soya sauce  

• Cheese 

• Oregano 

• White pepper powder 2 tsp

• Yogurt or cream 

• White  sauce 

Take water in a large pot and heat it till it boils. Now add the macaroni and boil it. Drain the water and keep them aside. Heat the oil in a pan and add onion, veggies, salt, ginger, and garlic paste. Fry it till the fragrance. Add white pepper powder, and chicken to the pan.  And fry the chicken till golden brown. Add yogurt or cream and simmer for 10 minutes. When the chicken is cooked add macaroni to this mixture. Mix it well and pour in white sauce. Allow cooking for 1 minute. Now top with cheese and heat till the cheese melts. Instead of heating it, you can also bake it. 

Serve hot with yummy sauces to enhance the taste. 

Masala Macaroni 

This Italian cuisine with a traditional touch is the favorite food of Asians. The reason is that it takes no time and can be made with any available ingredients. The ingredients are: 

• Onion cut into cubes 1 cup

• Tomato cut into cubes 1 cup 

• Green chili paste 2 tbsp

• Ginger and garlic paste 2 tbsp

• Salt 

• Chili flakes 

• Macaroni 1 packet

• Oil 

• Water

Boil the macaroni in hot water and then keep aside after draining the water. Take oil in a pan and heat it. Pour the onions into it and fry until they look pink. It’s time to add all the spices and simmer for 10 minutes. Mix with the macaroni and add soya sauce. You can also add stir fry chicken if you like.

Serve with chili or peri-peri sauce.

Simple Macaroni Salad 

This creamy salad is unbeaten because of the fresh flavor of the fruits and the yummy texture of the macaroni. Ingredients include: 

• Seasonal fruits 2cup cut into cubes

• Boil macaroni 2 cup 

• Fresh cream 1 pack 

• Icing sugar 2 tablespoons 

• A pinch of salt 

• Dry nuts 

Mix fresh cream with sugar in a bowl. Take all the fruits and macaroni in a bowl, add salt, and top with cream mixture. Now mix it well and sprinkle it with dry nuts. You can also use vegetables if you do not like fruits. 

Veggies Cheese Macaroni 

This healthy bowl of macaroni and veggies topped with cheese is a perfect meal to serve your last-minute guests, pack in a lunch box, or treat to your stomach. Ingredients are 

• Boil macaroni 1 cup

• Mix veggies 1 cup 

• Boil peace 1 cup 

• Sweet corn half cup 

• Cheese 

• Salt 

• Black pepper powder 2 tbsp

• Herbs 

Tomato ketchup 

Take a deep baking tray and make alternative layers of veggies and macaroni. Sprinkle with spices. You can also add tomato ketchup for a sweet and tangy flavor. Top with cheese and bake till the cheese melts completely. Sprinkle it with olives or herbs and serve hot.
